AMBAYA processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

We collect what an order requires: your name, delivery address, email and phone number. Payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

We keep order data for the period accounting law requires, and no longer. We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing.

To access, correct or erase your data, write to privacy@ambaya.example. You may lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
